Our Return Policy

At Atiya Choudhury, we prioritise quality and meticulously conduct stringent checks to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience, which is why we offer accurate product images and detailed specifications to help you make an informed decision.

We accept returns, including refunds or exchanges, for orders placed on our website within 14 days. Please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return an item.

PLEASE NOTE:

For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings, including sets that contain these items, cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is any damage during transit, we offer repair services. As all of our products are handcrafted, repairs are not an issue for us.

Used products cannot be returned.

For all other items, please contact us via email at hello@atiyachoudhury.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include a copy of your receipt, pictures of the product, and the reason for the return.

All of our products have been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece. Locks/clasps of clutches may be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

What should I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete order, or damaged product, please email us at hello@atiyachoudhury.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a copy of your invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product.

Our Promise

Once we receive your email with the required documents and pictures, our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 working days.

If your request is approved, you will be instructed to return the product(s) in their original packaging to our office in the U.K. Please ensure the items are carefully repackaged to prevent any damage during the return process.

Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned package.

Do I have to pay the shipping cost while returning my product?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not cover any expenses related to returns.
