Lady in black with red lips

I’ve always been a little nervous to try red lips. I love how it looks on others but I always feel like I can’t pull it off very well. So today I thought I’d step outside my comfort zone of pinky nude shades and try a red bold lip! Luckily my cousin gifted me with the Huda Beauty liquid matte minis (The Red Edition) so I had some red lip shades to play with. I ended up going for the shade ‘Heartbreaker’. It’s the perfect red if you ask me. The texture of the liquid lipstick was perfect! Not drying at all but matte.

Today’s outfit : So the main focus for today’s outfit was the red lips and the red mini bag. I kept the whole outfit and shoes black as it complimented the red lips and red bag very well. I mean c’mon just look at that adorable bag!!! I fell in love as soon I saw it at Zara. Such a timeless classic piece.

This bag would also look amazing with casual wear, for an evening out or even with south asian clothing. YASSSS I would definitely rock this bag with a black lace saree!
