Hello beautiful people!
So I haven’t blogged in sooooo LONG! So sorry! I went from blogging everyday to not blogging for over a month, from one end of the spectrum to the other eh lol this post is just a quick little update (if you’re interested in my life…..I totally understand if you’re not lol)
I can’t even remember anymore why I stopped lol I remember being so busy with #Indulge4Charity and pulling these crazy all-nighters that there was simply no time to blog lol by the way just to let you all know that me and Reham have reached our £1000 goal! 🙂 so happy! So thanks to all you lovely people who have donated, whether it may be via our justgiving page, by ordering food or by visiting one of our stalls! Every little counts! I was hoping to post a blog about our £1k journey but I think I left it too late 🙁 You can always follow us on Instagram @Indulge4Charity to stay updated. We do have some interesting ideas for this month, so make sure you’re following us to stay updated! I would also like to thank my lovely best friend Reham! So hardworking, could not have done it without her! [I know you’re reading this with a big fat smile on your face! 🙂 lol ]
So after that I remember my macbook decided to die on me 🙁 it was just a blank screen so getting that repaired took a while. So what’s new for this year? Well I have new job 🙂 which I am absolutely LOVING! It’s a part-time role as a Mathematics Tutor/Specialist at Aston University in the Learning Development Centre. I think finding a job that you love is so important. I’m a Mathematician and I love solving problems, I find it fun and that’s why I love my job. There are other careers that I am currently looking into but I don’t know… I feel like knowing what to do with your life is the hardest decision ever and some times it affects me emotionally 🙁 crazy right? But I’m trying my best to stay positive, the truth is, no-one 100% knows what they want to do in life, you just gotta go with the flow and figure it out along the way. I just know that I don’t want a job where I’m constantly looking at the clock. Everyone has a purpose in life and I really hope I find mine 🙂
Another blog post coming your way is about my AUDI TT! Phenomenal car! Let’s just say I’ve forgotten how to drive manual cars lol the comfort level is unreal.
I’ve also been cooking a lot recently and being more experimental with my recipes, so will be sharing those with you too! I know how some of you guys really enjoy those quick recipes 🙂
Also….my GCSE Mathematics Workshop was amazing! Those were definitely 5 phenomenal days of my life. Putting a workshop together so organically and taking care of every little detail may have been stressful at times but it was definitely worth it. The feedback from all the students was so lovely! Many of you may know that I’ve been private tutoring for over 6 years now and now I think it’s time to start teaching in groups. Recently it has become so difficult to keep up with the amount of students, so from February I’ll be teaching in small groups 🙂
So there has been lots of little things on, but nothing super major. Hopefully I will be more focused this year, waste less time and focus more on my career and just being happy I guess. So what are your goals and plans this year? Comment below, I would love to know 🙂
Love you all! X
